Wow! This guy is an awesome Personal Trainer & massage therapist & I cannot recommend Michele highly enough. Michele has been training with me the last month at the great new refurbished Puregym in Farringdon & he really knows his stuff. He is totally focussed on you as the client & makes each session tough/progressive but enjoyable. Michele has been absolutely brilliant; I found his services via Google because I needed sports massages to help with my aches & pains from working out. He is extremely knowledgeable and attentive, explaining which areas he's going to focus on and adjusting the pressure levels accordingly! Definitely felt the benefit of my visits and so will now be a regular customer.

Michele was my personal trainer for 4 months and was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Michele's experience and in-depth knowledge and of the musculoskeletal system allowed him to advise on which muscles I needed to stretch, rest and work in order to begin correcting my posture and reshape my body. I have been training with Michele for just over three months. He has proved to be an excellent choice as my trainer.
