Just purchased a new Baby grand and my second grand piano from Michael Lawrence because you can’t beat them for pianos, there not just any old music shop that sells musical instruments, these guys are piano technicians and repairers, you always get excellent advice along with a top notch service often going out there way to help

Phoned to buy a ukulele. Even though the shop was closed because of lockdown and it's a small purchase, was very happy to give up time for advice. Spent 20 minutes on the phone offering advice, even though he wasn't in a position to sell me anything at the moment. Speaks volumes about the customer service! Would happily recommend. Thank you.

perfect little shop, family run business, musically literate, engaging, helpful, very kind to returning customers. not may places allow freedom to play their instruments, never mind provide an amplifier and or effects if you're browsing to buy / learn. the people in there are more courteous than most hospitals. couldn't say anything more highly of them. i know i'm going to remain a customer for a long time. even new faces in there are just a s polite and well mannered. it's like it attrac...
