I was initially nervous about starting a fitness regime, I've been a 'couch potatoe' for a long time. Michael has been a fantastic coach, allowing me to go at my own pace but also encouraging me to improve and I now really look forward to our sessions, I never expected that when I first started! He has truly motivated me to get fit and I can highly recommend him

Michael is absolutely brilliant. I have a bad back and no other PT would even consider helping me. However, Michael listened to me, assessed my physical condition and worked out a really good plan for me. He also made sure that I knew which exercises and gym equipment to stay away from. On top of all that he’s a really lovely, funny guy. I’d have given him more stars if I could. X

I don't normally leave reviews, (infact, this is my first google review), but I felt I needed to make an exception for Michael. I've always struggled with keeping in shape, due to a lack of commitment for any kind of gym regime and having a relatively unhealthy diet. Michael is an excellent PT - We first mapped out my fitness goals and created achievable targets to work towards every week with a focus on building muscle and core strength whilst slowly burning my stubborn ‘skinny fat’ away. The exercise routines are proving to be really useful, as Michael’s helped me identify mistakes I’m making in my form and got me training with new routines that target different muscle groups. Michael has been excellent, I am new to the whole fitness side, having set foot in a gym only a few times. Michael is friendly yet knows his stuff in the world of fitness. He had also gave me pointers on nutrition which really helped out when planning meals. So I recommend, looking forward to see the full results so fully recommend
