  • I have been training with MHR for the past 5 months and during that time I have seen considerable changes in my body fat and overall condition. I have used many trainers in the past and have never experienced the level of results which I get from MHR. I have a combination of group sessions and 1 on 1’s with Max, all of the trainers are knowledgeable, informative and motivating. I can not recommend them highly enough.

  • I’ve been training with MHR for just over a year, and the transformation I’ve made in that time both physically and mentally has been amazing. Beyond what I could ever dream!
