Having been rejected by the Royal Navy, Mark has helped me to push my physical limits and regain confidence in my body by being being tough when required and knowledgeable in his training methods. I now feel better prepared to have another attempt at joining the Navy and have found myself enjoying my time in the gym much more after Mark's supportive and friendly approach to training.

Absolutely lovely guy enjoyed our sessions thoroughly felt i had a friend with me rather than a drill Sargent which has helped me feel more comfortable in the gym environment and still push me to get those last reps in that i wouldnt have done alone I felt mark really seemed knowledgeably about the fitness world not stuttering even when i asked more in depth questions about my goals. All in all i would recommend mark to anyone wanting to improve or maintain their fitness

Mark’s need to grasp each individual’s desired outcome from their programme and his subsequent meticulous approach to helping reach those goals sets him apart from the crowd. His physiological knowledge is incredibly impressive and that has helped me and I’m sure all of his clients immensely in understanding the best approach. I can’t recommend Mark highly enough. I’ve been embarrassingly dismissive of reaching my fitness and health goals through a PT in the past but Mark has been a revelation.

I've trained with Mark countless times and his knowledge and passion come through every time. He carefully explains each exercise, and will motivate you wherever you are on your fitness journey. Would happily recommend Mark if you were looking for a personal trainer in Cheltenham or the surrounding area.
