I'm so pleased I joined Meso Fitness in January. The C28 Challenge was just what I needed to kick-start my fitness journey. Isaac and Dray brought so much energy to the sessions and the meal plan was so easy to follow. I feel so much better and so do the scales! I'm continuing with the February sessions to keep up momentum!

I am having a fantastic time with the Meso Fitness team. My fitness journey is still ongoing but the January's c28 program was the kick off I needed. It combined a workout schedule with a weekly diet program and the results were amazing. I really enjoyed the fun and accessible vibes. The diet and the workouts were definitely a challenge but none of it ever felt impossible, and with the encouragement from the team I felt supported throughout the whole process.

Tired of being tired all the time, fed up of being unhappy with my body, and little to no knowledge about nutrition. That was me just just over a month ago. The Meso C28 is one of the best things I’ve ever done. I use to work out in the mornings during the pandemic however that abruptly cane to an end when I returned to the office in March. Keeping fit was very hard to juggle and I found I was always tired especially after a long day and commuting. I recently took voluntary redundancy and having fallen off my fitness trail. C28 is a great programme - fantastic trainers who make every session varied and keep you motivated. Great meal plans and they create a lovely community to get fit with! Highly recommend and fantastic value for money!
