I attended a number of times whilst visiting my parents. Great atmosphere, very supportive and encouraging and great brunch of coaches. Would happily send my kids there...

Awesome place, the coaches work you hard, which is what you want and need if you're learning to box. I'm going for weight loss and have lost 20kg. Still have a long way to go, but the guys there are very encouraging and supportive so I know I'll achieve my goals.

Great place.... great boss iv knew him for years.... cant fault him .... hes helping the community and children confidence.... 10 out of 10... for this service. .. well done cad...long time friend hayley.. very impressed...
