Mark is a very good instructor, he knows how to get the best out of you. He was the main reason I got back to fitness after an illness that affected my respiratory system and also increased my endurance. He is an understanding but firm instructor. Thank you Mark

Mark helped me go from a purely desk-based office person, who hadn’t stepped foot in a gym in over 30 years to a regular gym enthusiast. I chose to undertake three (3) sessions a week with Mark as well as one hour sports massage, so that I could accelerate into fitness.
