Having been involved in the therapeutic world for many years, I have a huge passion for helping others understand the reasons why they feel the way they feel and act the way they act! ​Working on the premise that education is power, I encourage my clients to understand the patterns and processes in which they are entangled, and in so doing, encourage them to grow towards their full potential. I realised that what I've achieved with individuals is also of great benefit in the workplace to larger groups. My aim is to educate people about achieving and maintaining better mental health because knowledge is power and you can't know what you don't know.
