Very knowledgeable.. felt completely at ease with Mel when I was looking for a personal trainer who could take me back to basics. I would 100% recommend for a Personal Trainer in Liverpool.

I have recently started training with Mel and honestly I couldn’t be happier to have her as a personal trainer. She has so much experience and really goes that extra mile to personalise each session for each client. My doctors suggested that I go to a personal trainer due to being flat footed (it has led to problems with my ankles and knees) which has also meant that muscles in my feet and calves haven’t been working properly for a good while.
