I worked with Melisa for about a year. When I started with her I had recently recovered from a hip fracture and she helped so much with building back up the muscle around my leg, hip and back, eliminating any pain that was left. For this I can’t thank her enough. I have been training with Melisa since February 2019. I chose Melisa because she is a runner, as well as being a personal trainer, and I wanted to improve my own running through the sessions. Melisa has been my PT for about a year. She provides detailed exercise training according to personal needs and goals. She kept me sane during lockdown and has always motivated me to keep challenging myself. She is very professional in her approach and knowledgeable. Her friendly and easy manner makes you feel at ease, though this does not mean she will allow you to miss your goals. Really good PT!
