Mel and his team bring expertise and a willing enthusiasm to training and have managed to make the gym workout a positive experience. Not only do you get the benefits of their varied and well designed workouts where you are encouraged to push yourself but they still manage to do so in a fun atmosphere. They provide guidance and help for beginners right through to the more experienced, if you are considering if this is for you or not then i can highly recommend giving it a go.

I have trained with Mel for almost 2 years now. He is a great coach who gives 100% to me with his knowledge on nutrition and eating healthy. He encourages me when I feel I can’t do something - He tells me I can! I absolutely love training with Mel and the other clients are now family. Since joining Mel’s gym I’ve never felt better! Within two weeks of following his programme I was feeling like a new person! Energy levels were through the roof! Mel is always on hand to encourage and guide you in the right direction. What he doesn’t know about nutrition, fitness and well being isn’t worth knowing! The whole gym community is fantastic, everyone supports and encourages each other from the moment they join. It was the best decision I made joining the “gym family”.
