I did Jennifer's Beginners Meditation course because I was looking for calm in my life. There are plenty of people out there who use meditation as part of therapy but I wanted to learn how to do it on my own from a real pro. Jennifer is a qualified and accredited meditation practitioner so I felt confident about what I could learn from her. I'd been wanting to learn about meditation for a long time, and finally came across Jennifer's Beginners Course. It was everything I had hoped for and more; small group setting, time to share and talk about how we were feeling, and most importantly lots of meditation practice! I would highly recommend, and will be booking on the next course.

I really enjoyed the meditation course delivered by Jennifer on the Beginners 4 week course. Today was my first meditation session with Jennifer and I absolutely loved being guided and learning how to use a couple of breathing techniques. Jennifer is a very warming, calm, lovely lady whom I felt I could trust to guide me and to achieve what my body has been needing for a long time. I would highly rate Jennifer with her experience and knowledge.
