I have recently completed my FREC 3 with MedicForce 1. John has years of real life experiences that enhance the quality of course. He knows his stuff and passes on his detailed knowledge throughout. This is easily the best first aid course I've been on, and I've been on plenty! Highly recommended.

I recently attended the FREC 3 course and I found it to be an incredibly useful and educational experience. The course covered a wide range of topics such as incident management, airways management, administering oxygen, dealing with catastrophic bleeding, shock, seizures and major illnesses like heart attacks, strokes and meningitis. Fantastic and comprehensive training from a very experienced instructor. It makes the world of difference when trainers can bring personal anecdotes into training sessions and John can certainly do this. Our small team have benefited massively from this experience and were all delighted to pass.

John has extensive knowledge. He has the great ability to read his audience and tailor the course to those attending. He had incredible kit to help support the learning of those on this particular FREC course. All those who attended were impressed with the scenarios they completed both in and outside. These allowed the trainees to get the most from the course. We will be using John for training in the future.

Very informative with current practices. Dynamic teaching approach allows easily digestion of information. Theoretical application flows concurrently with practical implementation. Very enjoyable and rewarding course. I highly recommend John for his service and knowledge.
