  • Can't thank Adam enough for the work he did with me. Fantastic training programmes with meal plans that are very easy to follow. Started to see improvements in my personal fitness very quickly. would highly recommend for anyone looking to lose weight, tone up, or generally get a bit fitter

  • Adam is a great PT. I've only been working with him a sort time but I would recommend to anyone. He's so knowledgeable about fitness and has adapted my programme round my injuries so that I get maximum results without aggravating my injuries. Adam is so friendly, easy to get on with and talk to.
