Michael has been an excellent PT while I have been training with him over the past 6 months. He has helped me to rebuild my physical and mental confidence and strength following a period of absence from work. Michael is very supportive, knowledgeable, and continues to challenge me in every session. I couldn't recommend him enough.

Michael has totally boosted my self-esteem and confidence to get back into training and the gym.
