  • Michelle, just wanted to say a big thank you for being so flexible & accomodating with my sessions!! It's hard trying to navigate all my shifts but you make it easy & keep me motivated!! So glad I've kept it up and I'm amazed at the difference doing 1 a week has made, I've already lost over a stone & I know I'm getting fitter & stronger - can't wait to see what the rest of the year brings 💪🏻👊🏻

  • I started with Michelle 30th June 2022. Having exercised  most of my life I felt I wanted to push my self to the next level with a personal trainer and weights. I was comfortable with Michelle from our 1st session. She completed a comprehensive assessment and listened to what I wanted from our sessions. She inspires me and pushes me to my limits which makes me feel accomplished. I feel I have improved my fitness levels and muscle mass and I can see the improvements in my body.

  • Fabulous trainer fabulous gym! I’ve done a few 1-2-1 sessions with Michelle and decided to join her weekly bootcamp. I absolutely love them! It’s so nice training with a small group of girls who egg each other on but also as there’s only 5 in each class you still feel your getting the ‘1-2-1 experience’ I’m starting to feel much more confident with exercise and looking forward to seeing what I can achieve in the next 12 months with Michelle.
