I have been doing my Level 2 and 3 Business Administration apprenticeship with McArthur dean for nearly 3 years now. Belinda helped me through my courses and the amount of support I received was amazing and I truly couldn't of got through it without her! All the staff went out of their way also to help me through the courses and I can't recommend McArthur Dean enough! When sadly losing my first job due to Covid they continued to help me get straight back in to work and now I have my dream job...

My learning experience with McArthur Dean has been one of the most enjoyable experiences. I was not confident at learning initially, but they have helped me to know that I CAN DO IT. So much so that I am continuing to learn with them and starting my next level. Learning with McArthur Dean has not only helped me in my work life but in My personal life too. All the staff are friendly and approachable and go above and beyond to help you and feel comfortable to learn.

McArthur Dean have also been a great help when it comes to recruiting and hiring Apprentices, providing a wide range of Diverse and Great Candidates. McArthur Dean have been amazing with me so far. The staff are absolutely lovely and make you feel so welcomed and comfortable, as well as striving to find opportunities that are suitable for your skill set. I went in for an apprenticeship, which wasn't going to be suitable for me and within the same day and the following day, I had two interviews lined up! Would highly recommend

I am an employee at McArthur Dean. I started at McArthur Dean in 2012 on an Access to Apprenticeships and was taken on full time not long after. I have progressed from Business Adminstration Level 2 to Business Administration Level 4. McArthur Dean are an excellent company to work with and they have been very supportive with my career path.
