  • Started a 12 week programme, because I needed the commitment to time, instead of just joining a gym. It's worked perfectly and Marc has helped me achieve my first 4 weeks goals, with interesting work outs and constant support and encouragement. If you struggle with self motivation, or time commitment, this is a great option and Marc will help you achieve your goals.

  • Marc takes time to understand what you need to get the best from his sessions, he genuinely engages with you and works out a fitness plan that really benifits you. He works with your progress modifying if necessary. I started with a 6wk session and have continued. I feel so much better for these work out sessions they have made a real difference to my wellbeing.

Great to talk to and really knowledgeable across the spectrum - nutrition, form, types of excersises etc. I hated the idea of the gym and having been a couple of times in the past I knew that I wasn't looking forward to go back.   • I’ve just completed a 6 week course with Marc - MC FITNESS and I am very pleased with my results. That much so I’ve just enrolled straight away on a 12 week course as I’ve really enjoyed the training.   • I joined MC-Fitness originally to help me feel better about myself as I had put on a fair bit of weight. From the first induction he clearly explained what the plan would be and how he would help me achieve what I wanted by the end of the 6 week plan. Amazingly I smashed my targets and lost a lot of weight thanks to Marc.
