I have been training with Mark on and off for the best part of 7 years. Over this time, my confidence in the gym has grown massively, allowing me to train regularly on my own without hesitation. I have developed a great relationship with Mark, not only as my personal trainer but a great friend too. Thank you for everything Mark. I look forward to some new challenges in the new year!

Mark's classes are structured, organised, varied, and find that great balance between strength and cardio ftiness. Since starting Bootcamp in September I've seen a major improvement in my fitness, not only for road running but also football. I'd highly recommend Mark's classes.

I booked ten PT sessions with Mark and highly recommend. He takes a holistic approach to tailoring a plan to the individual and matches training to your individual goals. The education around weight bearing exercise in particular was very helpful and has helped both my physical and mental strength. For anyone looking for an informed approach to feeling healthier and stronger, I would recommend MBPT to anyone.

Have been doing Marks bootcamp since March and I love it! Twice a week and it’s challenging and always different my fitness levels have improved massively. Mark puts a lot of effort into making sure each session is challenging and fun. The bootcamp group in general is made up of a great bunch of people of all fitness levels and there’s loads of laughing as well as sweating!
