Just been there to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was a very pleasant experience! Lots of walks around the farm, and also a quick drive away from there. The wagon is very cosy, the bed so comfortable that you won’t feel the difference from your own at home! You have to be aware that the farm can be busy with the horses, so if you look for something completely isolated, then you may need to look somewhere else. I can't recommend this place enough! I would give a thousand starts if I could. The owners were super attentive, polite, eager for us to have a good time, recommended places all around for us to explore and took us for a walk on their land. The view is breathtaking, so many things to see like landscapes, family activities and of course the spectacular wildlife that's all around. We will hopefully come back again with the family. Me and my friend had a wonderful stay at May Hill Farm. Rachel and Henry were really welcoming to us and the cottage is in a lovely location. Everything inside was clean and felt homely. We did some riding at the stables in Lea which I'd recommend too. A perfect country getaway.

We stayed at the Lavender cottage for three nights, and everything was absolutely perfect. The owners were an extremely helpful and kind couple, the cottage was cosy, clean and included everything. The farm had an amazing view and a nice location as well. Honestly couldn’t ask for more and would absolutely repeat the stay!
