Very patient, flexible, reliable, knowledgeable! Excellent coaching skills, very professional. Environment very clean and calm, 1:1 makes it easier to build confidence quickly. Was very nervous to start with, Matt put me at ease and I have seen improvements in all areas, even my memory and mood! Highly recommend to anyone!

I started one to one's with Matt because I had committed to an event but I was still nursing an old injury and felt I needed guidance. My aim was to enjoy the training process without picking up a new injury or aggravating my old one. As it happens, the outcome was more than I could have hoped for! Matt was fantastic! Personalised plan and attention to detail helped me to progress quickly from a beginner using free weights to starting Olympic style lifting. Would definitely recommend.

Matt is a fantastic PT! I have worked with him for most of this year and I have had some fantastic sessions with him throughout our time together. The sessions are always carefully planned and specifically suited to my needs. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking to improve personal fitness.

I have been working with Matt since February and couldn’t recommend him highly enough!!
