  • We have been training with Matt for nearly a year now. His encouragement and light hearted humour has maintained our interest., he also has a vast variety of exercises, meeting different abilities and stamina, and ensuring that we never repeat exercises too often. The full body workout we achieve from Matt, has resulted in some weight loss, increased stamina and general fitness.

Fast forward a few months I’m lifting heavier than I ever thought I could, my confidence has sky rocketed and I’m excited to go to the gym. He listens to what your personal goals are and adapts the workouts to fit you and pushes you every session to be fitter and stronger.   • Matt is an excellent pt, with great knowledge and insight. He is only to happy to work in a way that best suits you and your abilities. I started attending his spin classes which I was still attending over a year later until lockdown. Always pushed us to our limits but came out feeling great. I then moved on to pt sessions where I was shown how to improve my form and different ways to train the muscle. Highly recommended.
