  • Training with Matt has been a game changer. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He helped me to rehab a running injury more quickly, improved my pace and endurance and has helped to manage the pain of a long-standing back problem through core strengthening.   • Matt is a great trainer because he's a relatable, regular guy not a posing, muscle bound 'Arnie' type like so many others. Work outs are fun but hard due to his positivity and zest for life, there's always plenty of up lifting banter. His prices are reasonable too.
