Best in class. Without providing too much of a beatdown on other practitioners, I'd recommend committing to the process with Team Matrix and not waste time & money with cookie cutter treatment elsewhere. Also practicing with integrity - i.e. when you're ready to be "signed off" you get the go ahead as opposed to tactics to keep you "on the books" I have been working with Riz for the past few months on a plethora of things which he has been treating in tandem - post meniscectomy surgery reha...

If could give Riz ten stars, I would. Riz is extremely knowledgeable in terms of supporting your recovery. He takes his time in explaining things to you and is honest with your recovery timeline and what he needs from you. I had torn my ACL and had surgery right before COVID. This meant I couldn't do physiotherapy and this left my knee very stiff. After several months going to Riz, I can workout and run again - and my knee is nearly 100%.

I cannot recommend Matrix Physio enough. The team are absolutely amazing. I first went to see Riz with a back problem which was restricting me to do even simple tasks, I received the very best treatment and now I am back to pretty much full mobility and training. I cant thank him and the team enough :)

I can not thank Riz enough, I have suffered with chronic shoulder and hip pain for over a year now, and it was affecting my day to day life. After having just 3 sessions, I haven't had any pain in either my shoulder or hip, and I feel like a new woman! I highly recommend Riz for any pain or injury thank you so much!

I would highly recommend this clinic. Went there last summer after having recurrent issues with my knee. Peter diagnosed me with runner's knee and help me get back to running in a couple of months. He was great, explained everything thoroughly so I always knew why I had to do one exercise or another. I am now training for a marathon and the knee is still holding up so thank you so much Peter!
