  • Ian is an amazing PT, very knowledgable and he really listens to what you want and need from him. He works so hard tailoring your workouts to get the results you want. Ian also motivates and pushes you and allows you to really push yourself. I cannot recommend Ian enough, he is kind and helpful and his results really speak for themselves! Thank you Ian for being the best PT I have ever had!

  • I've trained with Ian for nearly three years now (including when restrictions were eased over 2020) He's professional, informative, friendly and always ensures sessions are shaped around your goals. I've become so much stronger and more confident and am in much better physical and mental health since I began training with Ian.
