Thoroughly enjoyed learning to cook authentic Indian dishes with Mary in her beautiful kitchen, fantastic fresh ingredients and new skills resulted in a delicious vegetarian feast.

Excellent morning of cooking, really helpful from explaining the basis and source of the dish and ingredients to the step by step cooking and preparation and finally the eating and taking some home for dinner. Mary was extremely warm and welcoming and definitely an experience to try again with some other dishes in mind.

I purchased a gift voucher from Mary as a Christmas present for my husband who loves cooking. He was able to select the dishes he wanted to cook from a comprehensive list prior to his lesson today. We have just spent an excellent day with Mary who is a truly lovely lady. Her knowledge & cookery skills are second to none.
