Paul is a fantastic teacher and is very patient with my 2 little boys.. We have been coming to Paul for nearly 4 years and it's something we all look forward to going to on a weekly basis. Highly recommend the children's classes where they are learning respect, discipline, self defence and having lots of fun. Thank you Paul for your continued support and knowledge 🙏🏽

Our son Jack has been attending kung-fu at martial arts lifestyle for over 2 years now, he has learnt so much and is now on his orange belt, it has been lovely to watch his confidence grow so much and that is because Paul is such a fantastic,patient,kind teacher. So thank you to Paul for all your hardwork, Jack is enjoying his training with you and all his friends.
