Mark is a fantastic instructor, a lovely bloke and very patient person. He is great at walking you through the manoeuvres and processes, so I highly recommend him to anyone. I have already to friends and colleagues!

I would 100% recommend Mark if you're looking for someone to put you at ease when you're learning. Nerves and lack of confidence are my weakest points. Mark was calm, patient, very understanding and so easy to talk to. He picked up on my learning style and tailored the lessons to how I learn and understand best.
