  • Brilliant service! very knowledgeable ,so supportive, honest and takes the time to do a personal plan suited to your needs. The online training works so well. Fun yet challenging to your own needs and definitely never boring! He's a great guy with a sense of humour. Regardless of what your level of fitness is or what your goal maybe- Mark is your man.   • I would highly recommend Marks coaching. His knowledge and help with self-motivation to get you where you want to be are outstanding. I have never felt fitter than when under the guidance of Mark, and have changed from someone who did not used to enjoy exercise to someone who has since ran regular 5km runs and a 10km race. Every session is different and Mark encourages you to do your personal best whatever your ability. It is always challenging and always fun too!
