Sarah really helped me with my motivation to exercise again after my second child. Very professional and friendly to deliver quality personal training. I would recommend to any new mums that are into their exercise.

Been with Sarah from Mark Field fitness for a couple of years now always makes our workouts fun and interesting. So much better than a gym, pushes you to get real results I am now stronger, fitter and more toned. Dietary advise when needed and a good focus on overall fitness. Would recommend her without hesitation. 5 stars

I've been a client of Mark's for a couple of years. He's shown me how to lose the weight I thought was impossible to shift, and helped me think about myself in a more positive way. Do I recommend Mark? Absolutely.

Fantastic trainer who is happy to work with the restrictions and capabilities of his clients and actually get results! We have had a number of trainers in the past with limited success. Mark was able to train us at home, adapting the program to our needs and restrictions. always friendly, punctual and positive. The result was we could see improvements and ourselves getting fitter and stronger. We would recommend Mark without question and will look to use him again in the future.

I was the definition of all the gear and no idea! I had gym memberships, slimming world/weight watchers subscriptions, work out DVDs, weights, diet books, you name it - I had it!
