Applied to join this historic club as a single female with a cruiser racer. Very male dominated environment. Membership Secretary rude would not recommend at all. Definitely NOT for women. Probably not families either. Lost alot of money as a result of the antics here in insurance and transport of my sailing equipment.

I don't use Marchwood Yacht Club but am there a lot to take photos and drone footage of cruise ships. We visited as a group sailing across from Netley SC. The welcome was warm and the bar was open (table service at the moment in a covered space, indoors also available).😀 We were able to tie up at their pontoon. Visitors by water are recommended to get in touch with the the club in advance to get the passcode for the gate on the pontoons.
