Marc’s PT in the Park is excellent! Covid combined with being a new Dad I found myself struggling to get good workouts in. As a former National amateur athlete (indoor lacrosse) I missed the team workouts Marc’s team interval training combined with his knowledge, understanding and motivation has helped me find a passion for fitness again! 💪🏻🤜🙏

After a long (long) break from exercise I have been working with Marc twice a week for 3 months now. Not only do I feel stronger & fitter but also my confidence has massively improved. Marc has lots of knowledge, comes to each session prepared with something different & makes it challenging. I couldn’t rate Marc more highly !

If you would like a wicked Sunday fitness session. Marc James Fitness (Sunday Bootcamp) is the one! Marc is professional, reliable, knowledgeable and motivating. All round a great guy, puts together a mixture of strength, cardio and core work to set you up for your day. It is also great value for what mark puts into it and what you get out of it. Having been for few weeks now myself - I would highly recommend.

I have been working with Marc the past couple of months now. Marc has a great understanding of my training objectives and has consistently designed programmes that meet my aims, taking into account a back injury I suffered a couple of years ago. Marc is always attentive throughout each session. I really enjoy training with Marc, he is a very friendly, professional trainer, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to achieve fitness goals.
