  • Manchester Outdoor Fitness has helped me with my fitness goals. Graham O’Brien and the instructors who work with him are great motivators. They make the classes tough but fun and they are tailored to your level of fitness with beginners being blue and then progressing from Red to Green bibs. Your fellow members are also great as we all encourage one another and nobody is left feeling left behind. Believe it or not it’s also good to train outdoors even in the winter. You don’t feel the cold fo...

Disciplined structured full body strength and conditioning training delivered by experienced ex military instructors who adapt sessions to meet the needs of the group. Great fun and a massive sense of community. We train as a team, never leaving anyone behind. Training Outdoors whatever the weather. No phones, no worrying about what you look like… instructors will capture the moments that matter and share with the community leavi...

  • I have never stuck to any kind of exercise regime for as long as I've stuck to Manchester Outdoor Fitness (5 years and counting). The sessions are varied, there are different ability groups and the banter between members helps to get you through the harder parts of the session. Can't fault it (well maybe the reverse bear crawls 😄)!
