Myself and 3 of my family members attend Mamba regularly. We love the classes as they're always energetic, fun and varied. Everyone is friendly and supportive, it feels like a family there. Everyone is welcome regardless of age, shape, size or ability. Would highly recommend.

Whilst in the area with work, I popped in for a Pads session. Great little club, welcoming, and a very good atmosphere and no nonsense training. I would thoroughly recommend Mamba.
