A great pregnancy yoga class that really helps to stretch the body as well as build strength. Great birthing tips too! Instructor is very knowledgeable about all things pregnancy, birth and baby related. My only regret is that I didn't find this class for baby number one.

Really enjoy how practical these classes are - every exercise is either linked to alleviating pregnancy aches and pains or supporting an active labour. I feel a lot more confident about giving birth after attending these classes.

I have been to these classes for both of my pregnancies and I cant recommend enough. Great teacher, techniques and meeting some lovely ladies that I now call friends :) suitable for any stage of pregnancy after 14 weeks, and can just drop in which is great!

Excellent pregnancy yoga classes. The birthing workshop was very helpful for both me and my husband. It was my first pregnancy and my labour was just 4 hours long. I believe this had a lot to do with Julie’s classes, particularly the breathing technique she taught and practiced with us. It kept me calmer and in control and I didn’t need any pain relief other than the tens machine for the journey to hospital and the pool once we arrived.
