This course taught me many useful negotiation and influencing techniques that I will apply in my current role as Key Account Manager. I found the group sessions and role playing particular insightful. From this course I take away many ideas how to achieve my professional goals and department targets. This was a really effective course, and different in that it started with methods to ensure the content was actually retained. The science of learning was covered before the content of the course. The day with Darren made me really review what I do daily and how how our shoppers think - and combined the two to create Sales Projects designed to hit my KPIs. Love that there was no PowerPoint as well!

Insightful and important training that has left me with key skills to better plan and manage my day. The course format was fully interactive which I thought was brilliant and made learning easier. Two negotiation programs completed with Darren and the MBM team, and it has been a breath of fresh air to see my direct reports utilising their learnings within their day-to-day roles. All sessions have been interactive, informative, and relevant. The MBM mantra of sticky learning really is paying off.
