Very helpful looked at stock on order, let you try items on. Didn't have item I wanted, so took my number and agreed to call me when stock arrives. Encouraged to try on sizes either side to ensure coat was correct size. Advice provided on other item needed. Very relaxed and put at ease by staff, not rushed. Good range of ladies golf shoes, and trollies, a few ladies tops (waiting delivery which in current lorry driver situation wasn't a surprise).

Nice to experience genuine customer service for a change. Ordered two shirts online and when they went to pick from the shelf one wasn’t there (different colour). Emailed me straight away and offered three alternatives with their apologies. I chose one not aware that it was a little cheaper. I received a prompt refund of the difference and the item was dispatched again immediately. They also included some golf balls for the inconvenience which was a great gesture.
