  • Iv been training with main muscle personal training for a few months and can say Fernando has really made me feel so relaxed on every session I have with him and comfortable with the exercises, I didn’t believe I’d ever enjoy going to the gym, but I look forward to every session I have now, I cannot recommend main muscle personal training enough
