I have been coached by Matt for almost two years now, which originally started with my fitness competition prep in under 6 weeks, and I was amazed with incredible changes. I have been since then on few Detox diets and Lockdown programmes that always delivered amazing results to my well-being and my physique! Matt is very passionate about fitness and he can puts a lot of time and effort to create a plan that actually works! Highly recommend, and will continue my fitness journey with him!!!

Matt was absolutely brilliant! Learning to pose for the first time was difficult but matt helped in a way and made me feel comfortable with it. The tailored diet he advised me worked really well and i began to see myself changing shape within 2 weeks! I would highly recommend anyone to matt.. Beginners or those with experience.. What helps the most is hes a genuinely nice guy and always makes you feel welcome.

I've been working with MA Fitness for just under 12 months now and I can't believe the changes we have made with my body and training.
