I have been training with Em for the last 5 months and have moved from complete couch potato to someone who looks forward to training. The training is varied, never boring and always worthwhile. I have tried various programs to kickstart improvement in my fitness including Peloton and Gym membership and none have been as engaging or effective for me as training with Em. Highly recommended.

Em has been training me for 3.5 years and I would highly recommend her. Her sessions have improved my fitness and strength dramatically, I think I'm the fittest I've ever been. Her weekly sessions are fun and chatty. We talk about all aspects of health and her advice is invaluable. Em has been my personal trainer for almost 13 years now. It has been so long we have become great friends. Em has been my trainer for 5+ years. She has a rare mix of being friendly, firm, motivating, highly professional, and knowledgeable. When I had a running injury she amended my sessions to ensure the injury could heal without aggravation.
