I've been working with Mark for about 6 weeks. I had lost condition, and had put on weight, especially during the last lock down.My mental health was impacted by these issues. Since starting with Mark, I meet him weekly, for a new programme to begin. This makes my time at the gym purposeful and interesting . He is helpful, positive and constructive. When I am at the gym, other than my meeting with him, he always speaks, encouraging me. So far, I've lost 7.7 Kgs, 1.3 stones, which is fantastic...

I have been on a plan to get fitter and lose weight with Mark now for two month, and cannot fault anything my confidence has increased and my weight and fittness levels have improved vastly in these 2 months. I feel very comfortable in my sessions Mark pushes me just the right amount but not aggressivley. the advice and guidance from mark on nutrition etc outside of the gym is great too. i would highly reccomend.
