Machynlleth Bowling Club

I only know this from visits during Machynlleth Comedy Festival when it is one of our favourite venues and also sells some of the cheapest beer locally. It's always a disappointment when some of the punters don't even buy a drink. It's normally members only but with the cheap drinks and really attractive location I'm sure I'd join if I lived nearby. The bowling green on a sunny spring day with the mountain backdrop can be a picture.

Cool place although can get very warm during the comedy festival when they cram loads of people into there.

Great place for functions, private room and kitchen facility. Natwest mobile bank van in car park on monday and drop in advice on wednesday. Check bowling club for times. Also handy parking on market day.
