Becca is definitely the best coach I had so far! She is super professional and understand quickly what are your goals and how to reach them in the most efficient way to maintain them. I have been training for 6 months with Becca and I have never looked and felt better!!! After having lost weight due to illness I found myself weak, tired and sluggish. Becca's personalised training program helped me gained more energy and strength I never knew I was capable of. She is very informative with nutrition and has helped me find the right multivitamin and protein support. I look forward to my 2020 Olympian body!

Training with Becca has been revolutionary for my health, physically and mentally. My job requires me to sit in front of a computer 9 hours a day so unfortunately I didn't get to move much for the past 8 years.
