  • Martin works very hard to differentiate and understand an individuals needs. He quickly changes strategy to cater for any concerns - and alters programmes according to how things develop. This flexibility works extremely well for me. He is always closely observing and his advise is invaluable. I strongly recommend him for any 121 programme, though I’m sure he works equally well with teams.

  • I couldn't recommend Martin highly enough. His communication is first rate - very consistent, always there to offer knowledge and expertise. His workouts are on another level also! I've made awesome progress and it wouldn't have happened without him.

  • Great both for PTs and for his online personal training option. Tailored very much to you as an individual and follows up to make sure you keep to what you say!
