Bought a Robson paddle from a retailer I won’t name but Lyon equipment are their distributor. I was sold a paddle on the basis it was full carbon fibre the paddle turned out to be a mix of fibre glass and carbon fibre or dyneema the paddle only lasted around 4 months and is literally falling apart, Lyon equipment keep trying to fall back and say the paddle was advertised correctly and that it’s full carbon fibre. Petzl Customer service for the UK. Post-sales support that is as good as the product. Trusty old Bindi headset stopped taking charge. emailed these people. Very quick response. Sent product in, checked and replaced pronto.

Very helpful, very pleasant to deal with, a real credit to Petzl and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with Lyon’s or Petzl again. 1st class customer service! Well done!

Petzl customer service is located here which is Amazing. I emailed them with an issue with a product and with in hours not only did I get a reply, I got a replacement part sent out free of charge. Outstanding!

Everything on 5 star. I never leave reviews but this company is perfect. Customer service and repair just great! Got a response in about an hour( or maybe less) very friendly emails. Had my backpack send over, they received my backpack on the next day they fix it and send to me. I received it on the next day, so in total took about 3 day for everything (AMAZING)!!! If there was 10 star I would be more than happy to give that. My communication was with Martin. Thank you all.
