The bootcamp sessions are a great way to keep fit. It gives you an all over body work out and is different every time which keeps it interesting. It's a really freindly group and great fun. Would thoroughly recommend.

Started the bootcamp a few months ago and have really enjoyed it! The sessions are varied and fun, but challenging all the same. I have seen a definite improvement in my fitness. Would 100% recommend!

I've been going to Lawrence's bootcamp on a Tuesday and Saturday for a few months now and I absolutely love it! I've really noticed that my fitness has increased, both cardio fitness and strength. The sessions are varied and fun and I always feel great afterwards. I'd highly recommend!

I have just started my second set of personal trainer sessions with Lawrence. I started as a reluctant fitness student at the end of lockdown but quickly started enjoying the sessions and feeling the health benefits. The sessions are varied, tailored to what you wish to achieve and are actually FUN! Lawrence is highly professional, supportive and operates in a COVID secure way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lawrence's services regardless of your level of fitness.
