Very disappointed as Samantha is a good beautician and I had one good session with her. My session after this was cancelled unexpectedly (as a result of being moved forward when I wasn't aware), and I was told 30 minutes before my time slot, that she was on the train home. There was an apparent 'time change' before this, and when I asked to be forwarded that email as proof, I was told that was not possible. Only a 'read receipt' recorded on a spreadsheet. Had 3 appointments with Sam over the last few months and I’m amazed with the outcome :) She points you in the right direction for the treatments she thinks you will need to avoid costs that arnt needed. Prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend using Luxury Lash Academy x

I booked in for a treatment with Samantha Dunning at the luxury Lush Academy. I spoke to Samantha via an online chat and made it clear when I was looking for the treatment to happen, as I wanted a specific date to fit around my work commitments, Samantha suggested that I book in with herself and then took full payment for the treatment. I have had Treatments done in the past with Sam, she is so lovely and always talks you through everything.. makes sure your comfortable and that you know exactly what will be achieved from your procedure. I have also been a model in the past for students and again have been made to feel welcome, and at ease! I would highly recommend Sam and i wouldn’t go anywhere else!. xx

Did a lash course today at the luxury lush academy and had an amazing day , Samantha was an amazing teacher . I’m having another course tomorrow can't wait! ❤️ she is very professional and very kind, she has a lot of patience with the students and explains everything in details! Highly recommended 🥰🥰
