I really enjoy the postnatal yoga sessions with Kim. She is really welcoming and creates a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy yoga and tend to my little one when needed. I have found the sessions really helpful for working on my core strength post pregnancy and birth. Exercises can be adapted each week to target specific areas that have been causing bother. I took prenatal yoga classes with Kim for my firstborn. Kim is a brilliant instructor, creating a safe space for all and a little pregnancy support community. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who’s expecting and I’m looking forward to start my postnatal journey with her mum&baby yoga classes!

I did yoga with Kim through my pregnancy and have just finished a block of postnatal yoga. Kim tailors sessions to everyone’s specific needs and will suggest adjustments to any moves if required. The classes end with a relaxation period which always leaves me feeling rested. I used the breathing techniques from pregnancy yoga during labour and found them really helpful! I’d highly recommend to anyone expecting or who’s recently had a baby!

Having done pregnancy yoga and currently on my 3rd term of postnatal mum and baby yoga with Kim, I can highly recommend her! Kim is always kind and welcoming, she explains the yoga moves and breathing clearly so even if you've never done yoga before you won't feel like a novice in the class! For every move there is an alternative, or gentler option if something is not yet within your ability. The classes are ended with a calming yoga nidra which bring a great relaxation to the end of the class.

I’ve really enjoyed pregnancy yoga with Kim in Keynsham. It helped me to take time to focus on my body, breathing techniques for birth and she offered specific stretches that would help my aches and pains throughout. She is extremely knowledgable! Would highly recommend her classes!
