Disappointed. Customer service no good. Take ages to get back even to make a booking. Their method of continuously having to make noises and or shout at the dog makes it uncomfortable in public. Leander himself appears impressive with his own dogs but I feel let down by this service. It’s unfortunate that I am leaving this review but we paid out so much money.
